27th of January is International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Lieutenant Lev Aronshtam who passed away sometime ago, was one of the Soviet soldiers who liberated Auschwitz concentration camp. In 2010 he gave an interview to SBS radio where told his story of what he saw when they arrived.
