Relations between Australia and China have cooled. In recent months, the countries have issued mutual advice to stop travel and have taken economic measures. Australia opposed Hong Kong law and suspended extradition to Hong Kong.


We invited Leonid Petrov from the Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies at the Australian National University in Canberra, to talk about the development of Australian-Chinese relations and about Hong Kong law.
