Larisa Vakulina, who has been the Honorary Consul in South Australia, has now received one more state under her jurisdiction to provide help and support to the Russian citizens in Western Australian on a range of consular and immigration issues. With a lot of entrepreneurial and community experience Larisa is looking forward to the upcoming work. We ask about the status of Honorary Consul and what it implies as well as the duties she is prepared to take.
