A small group of Australians have now received their first doses of a coronavirus vaccine. By October, it's anticipated the entire adult population will be vaccinated. Most Australians will receive the AstraZeneca jab - but there are concerns about its effectiveness and how it will fare against dangerous new variants of the virus. But experts say it’s still an important and valuable vaccine that will help protect Australians - as new vaccines are being developed.
