Some of you might remember last year's program: "Who is the currency resident of Russia and what are the consequences?". It created a buzz and was received with a great interest in many countries. The topic was explained by Grigory Shichko, a tax consultant and head of office of H&R Block Tax Accountants. This time in his blog Grigory addressed an equally important and interesting subject open for different interpretations. So with Grigory Shichko we decided to continue our exploration of the mine field of Russian legislation, concerning Russian citizens living abroad .
