Because of the doping scandal the IOC stripped the Russian Olympians of right to take part under the flag of their country, however the national team will be going to South Korean city of Pyeongchang under the Olympic banner. Russian organisations in South Australia decided to participate in the traditional Australia Day Parade in support of Russian and Australian Olympians. We spoke to the chairman of the Territorial Commitee of the Russian Australian Council to find out how this idea was developed and fulfilled .
