Ukraine v Russian Federation: Lawyer Nina Boer on the recent hearings at the International Court of Justice

At the end of September 2023, ICJ held first two rounds of hearings on the case of Ukraine against Russia. Ukraine claims that Russia’s invasion had no legal basis and was based on unfounded allegations of genocide.
