US President Joe Biden spoke ambiguously about the future of Ukraine in NATO in the interview to TIME magazine. It happened before the alliance summit in Washington and the Ukrainian peace summit in Switzerland. We spoke with former US Ambassador to Ukraine John Herbst about what Kyiv can expect from the July NATO summit.
