Way too often people shy away from legal services because lawyers are too expensive and legal aid is too hard to get. But one Melbourne start-up is changing the way people can access the justice system. Artificial lawyers or legal chat bots can draft documents and provide free legal advice at the touch of your fingertips. Legal bots already operate in some organisations, providing advice in certain areas of employment law and assisting people who wish to make a complaint about health services, health professionals or aged care. We talk to Kirill Kliavin – co-founder and CTO of Josef Legal - a tech company which provides a software platform to automate legal services.
