The issue of who should lead the Liberal Party has been re-ignited, with the question coming from an unlikely source. New South Wales Deputy Premier John Barilaro has called on Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull to quit. It has Mr Turnbull's colleagues rallying around him and Labor enjoying the apparent disunity.
