Limitless music of VGmates

"VGmates" is a multicultural musical project, their music style can mostly be described as ethno-fusion or folk rock. The band combines traditional and exotic musical instruments (Irish whistle, duklar, vargan, kaljuka, fujara, guitars, bass, percussions, drums and Russian balalaika) with modern technologies, such as loopers, harmonisers, synthesizers, controlled by guitars or by voice. All of this creates a unique and rich live sound and makes each performance an engaging show. Their concert will take place on February, 17 in Sydney and we invited Vladimir Gizatulin and Anya Bourova to talk about their fascinating music.
