With ever-changing restrictions in regional New South Wales, getting access to specialist medical treatment has become increasingly difficult. It's meant non-profit charity Little Wings, that provides free flights for sick children to and from major cities in the state, has had to ramp up its service. With commercial flights nearly non-existent to the regions, demand for medical transport has skyrocketed.
