We are speaking with Natasha Lukin (Bella Natalie Lukyanova) about her book The Lukin Longevity System. Natalie has worked for 11 years as a Health Educator for Cancer Council and for 8 years was treating people in her Feel Good Studio in Canberra to improve many indicators of their health. Plus her training in neurolinguistics has very much enriched her knowledge and practice. As Natalie says, her book was a result of her experience and is focused on age after 40, when some people begin to think of their well being in the future.
