Media: Some Russian troops may be surrounded near Kursk

The Russian Ministry of Defense will not transfer troops from the front line in the Donbass to the Kursk region, where the offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been going on for the third week. This was reported by Bloomberg, citing a source close to the Kremlin.
