Sister cities exist all around the world forging the links across many aspects and culture often comes first, especially for cities like St Petersburg and Melbourne who take pride in being the called the cultural capital of the respective countries. 2019 marks the 30th anniversary of their ties and we speak with the president of the Association Melburg Alla Petrov who praises the enthusiasm of volunteers involved in building and strengthening the relationship between these two cities.
