Weekly wrap: New names in sanctions list and removal of Soviet emblem

The statue of the Motherland in Kyiv has been updated. The Soviet coat of arms will be replaced by the Ukrainian trident on the shield of the statue. Meanwhile, the US Treasury expanded its anti-Russian sanctions list.
