Russian Australian Galina Lazareva has broken all prize-winning records at the 15th festival of Russian poetry Pushkin in Britain. This year festival attracted 150 Russian speaking poets living outside of Russia, 15 got through to the finals. But the Audience Choice award and the main commemorative statuette will travel with Galina to Australia. But then Galina stunned the jury in Slam and achieved another Victory. It didn't end there either. We asked Galina to share her excitement from her London trip and audience recognition with the SBS Russian program.
