The World Anti-Doping Agency has reinstated Russia after nearly three years of suspension of the country's drug-testing program. The ban was put in place after a whistleblower helped uncover what was seen as systemic Russian cheating in the Sochi Olympics - which Russia denies. Despite a wave of protests, nine members of WADA's 12-person executive committee voted in favour of the reinstatement
