A former Baptist pastor - who claims to have suffered workplace discrimination due to his support for marriage equality - says churches should NOT be shielded from pending Religious Discrimination laws. Under the draft Bill, released late last month, religious bodies would be allowed to discriminate if they’re acting on the basis of their religious beliefs It's one contentious issue, as stories emerge from aggrieved employees on different sides of the debate.
