Pesach, or Passover, marks the exodus of Jews from Egypt and their deliverance from many years of slavery. This year, Passover dates fall on April 22-30.

Passover is one of the most important holidays in Judaism, which is accompanied by a number of rituals symbolizing the events described in the Torah.

As Sarah-Rivka Bendetskaya emphasized, nowadays every Jew is given the opportunity to determine their place in the modern world in the context of historical events.
