Pianist Alexander Gavrylyuk: "I miss the free spirit of Australia"!

Ukraine born and Australian educated virtuoso pianist Alexander Gavrylyuk is acclaimed worldwide for his thrilling performances. He is back in Australia with extensive tour and has already played in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. He has also performed in Tasmania and has now reached Perth. We caught up with him in anticipation of his concert with WASO. He will play Rachmaninov’s ever-popular Second Piano Concerto, a ravishing masterpiece overflowing with lush, rich melodies.
