Preferential vote system: how does it work?

On May 18 Australians will cast their vote and while discussion is focused on the candidates and their parties programs, many people are puzzled about the actual preferential voting system. We ask a volunteer observer Evgeniy Kravets about the 2 bulletins and how electorate's preference will be be distributed.
