Promising signs but boardroom gender parity still a long way off

More than 100 company boards across the country have now reached a 30 per cent gender diversity target. There are only two companies, Silver Lake Resources and Kogan, with no female board directors as of the December quarter. Woolworths Group, Auckland International Airport and Abacus Property are leading the progress, with more than 50 per cent of female directors.
