Every year, between 12,000 and 14,000 Australians are diagnosed with melanomas, the potentially lethal form of skin cancer. Australia and New Zealand have the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, but despite of that, we continue to jeopardise our health by failing to check our skin regularly.
