Rosh Hashanah marked but scaled back due to restrictions

The Jewish New Year, or Rosh Hashanah, is one of the holiest days on the Jewish calendar. While the celebrations will last until sunset Wednesday, they'll look a lot different this year, particularly in the states that remain under strict lockdown.
