Russia has joined the Asian Chess Federation

The Chess Federation of Russia (CFR) has completed its historic switch to Asia after the Asian Chess Federation (ACF) formally adopted the CFR into its ranks at a meeting of its General Assembly in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday. President of the Victoria Chess Association Leonid Sandler has more.
