"Russia won't come to repent" - says expert

The jet MH17 was shot down from a Buk-TELAR that belonged to the 53rd anti-aircraft brigade from Kursk. This is the conclusion drawn by the international investigation team with five countries involved. We ask Dr Alexey Muraviev the Associate Professor of National Security and Strategic Studies at Curtin University in Perth, WA, to comment on the possible aftermath and international reactions.
