Seine is steadily receding

Last week a number of European cities experienced heavy downpours which resulted severe flooding. The biggest and potentially most dangerous happened in Paris with Seine flooding banks and reaching its highest level in 30 years. Fortunately yesterday peak of the flooding has passed, and the water level started to decline. RFI journalist Andrei Vaitovich speaks to us from the French capital
