State education ministers have criticised the Federal Government for not providing enough detail on planned reforms to the so-called Gonski needs-based funding. They have met with their federal counterpart, but they say it was a lost opportunity as the fight for more Commonwealth cash for education is reignited. One state minister has criticised Government plans to change the so-called Gonski funding arrangements, calling the changes unfair. And he says he will fight to the death for the country's most disadvantaged students.
