Support for Ukraine ahead of US elections: Harris' promise and will Biden make a farewell gesture?

Vice President Kamala Harris has officially become a presidential candidate. In her speech, she highlighted several foreign policy issues. They concern Russia, Ukraine, Israel and Gaza.
