The high cost of Sydney homes isn't a new finance issue but there is now evidence that the pandemic isn't preventing the wealthiest Australians from pushing prices up even more. Research from estate agent, Knight Frank, suggests the city will continue to see the world's strongest price gains for luxury homes in the next year.
