Russians have cast their vote on the country's parliamentary elections. At the moment of this publication, the central election commission says, 90% of bulletines have been analysed. United Russia has secured 54.21 per cent of the seats in the lower house - the Duma.Russian citizens living in Australia voted in 2 phases, NSW and ACT had the voting running on the 18th.
