The main children's hospital in Kyiv has been hit by a Russian missile

The Ukrainian government has announced a day of mourning for one of the worst attacks since the start of the war. Casualties have also been confirmed in several other regions across Ukraine. The UN Security Council plans to hold an emergency meeting to discuss how it can further support Ukraine.
