Next week the Kronstadt Gardens complex at the Russian Welfare Society of St. John of Kronstadt in Dandenong will host the official opening of the memorial bust to the Emperor Nicholas II which will be brought from Russia. We asked the chairman of the board of St. John of Kronstadt Welfare Society, the archpriest Michael Protopopov whether the installation of the monument to the last Russian Tsar in Australia was his idea?
