The official matters and the time to celebrate

Ones in every three years representatives of around 30 Parishes of the Australian-New Zealand diocese of Russian Orthodox Church Abroad Abroad gather for a special congress. Until this Saturaday in Sydney they took part in church services, and meetings on the importatnt issues. But this time there was also a reason for a great celebration. We asked the Mitred Archpriest Fr. Michael Protopopov to tell us more about it.
