'The people of Barcelona will not fear"

As we know, 13 people have died, and about one hundred are injured after a van ploughed into crowds in what police say was a terrorist attack in the Spanish city of Barcelona. It's reported the van zig-zagged at high speed down the famous Las Ramblas avenue, a magnet for tourists. Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the incident. I-S has claimed responsibility for the attack. We contacted Russian journalist Nadezhda Bobkova who lives and works in Barcelona to ask her about the latest information
