The Territotial Counsils need "perestroika", says Igor Savitsky

The former long-time president of Russian Australian Representative Council Igor Savitsky was invited as a consultant for the formation of a new Russian community uniting body in NSW - an Association of community activists and organisations. He thinks that this might help to repair the current situation with the territorial coordinating councils whose independence is jeopardised by stern directions from RARC. We also touched on some aspects of an ugly personal campaign which was directed against Mr. and Mrs. Savitsky
