"They want to contribute to society like we all do": Jobs for people with Down syndrome in Russia

People with Down syndrome want to work for the same reasons as everyone else: to be independent, earn their own money, contribute to society, make new friends, and feel valued. In Russia, just a few years ago there was no one person with Down syndrome with official employment, but now the situation is changing. Polina Kabanova, a Senior talent acquisition manager of Hilton, told us about their new initiative "Up Syndrome".
