'This is bad news for Putin': Arrest warrant issued for Vladimir Putin over alleged war crimes

The International Criminal Court in The Hague issued international warrants for the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as children's rights commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova. They are accused of deporting Ukrainian children. We asked our political expert Leonid Petrov to comment on this decision.
