Last week before the Orthodox Easter is called the Great Week. Every day of this week has a special meaning and dedicated to a specific event. For example, on Thursday, people start decorating eggs and backing Easter cakes. Irina Derevich from Sydney shared her unique recipes of the Traditional Russian Easter bread (Kulish) and Sweetened Easter Cheese (Paskha).
