Travelling through history. The Mother of Ned Kelly

The amazing Australian story demonstrates that in 19th century more than 2000 Bushrangers were involved in robberies on the young continent. During a time of the Gold Rush they weren't scared off even by the armed convoys! The truth is obviously that it would be naive to expect from convicts or even their descendants the respect of authorities. But still a certain role was played by family foundations and education. And this is fully applicable to Ned Kelly, who is often regarded as an Australian Robin Hood and the legendary defender of poor people.
