Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has ended the second sitting week of the new parliament on a positive note after two major political wins and a third one looking close to fruition. The Government has secured a $11 billion budget improvement by making a deal with Labor on superannuation and sealing wider budget cuts in the Senate. And while the Government is upbeat about its achievements, Labor is facing the loss of a second senior member from its frontbench.
