Victorians women support idea of egg freezing as employee benefit: new research

Almost half of the 656 Victorian women surveyed believe it would be appropriate to offer financial support to female employees to access egg freezing, A Monash University study showed. We discussed these findings and the whole concept of egg freezing with a fertility specialist from Melbourne, Dr Alex Polyakov.
