While in Russia they are gearing up for the upcoming presidential elections, Aleksey Navalny who was not admitted as a candidate, launched a project preparing volunteers to observe the legalities and formalities of the elections. At the same time Alexey calls his supporters to boycott the elections. Here we speak with the Head of the volunteering project – Nikolay Levshits about the indirect participation in the elections.
