What did an Australian visitor see in Luhansk and Donetsk?

The chairwoman of teachers association of Victorian School of Languages, and Doctor of Philosophy Irina Vassilenko travelled from Melbourne to Luhansk, in her opinion to save her parents from war and ruin and also to take part a language conference.
