Lab test shows that half the Australian honey from supermarkets shelves had been "adulterated" or mixed with other substances. We talked to an expert in this field, a hereditary beekeeper and the founder of the company "Biosota" Andrei Zubko about whether it is possible to distinguish between real and fake honey.
