The Kremlin is standing by its claim that Ukraine is preparing for a nuclear provocation on its own territory with a so-called dirty bomb. At the same time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky suggested that Russia could use the allegations to cover up thir own plans for a similar attack.
