What is the purpose of Patriarch Kirill and Pope Francis meeting?

On February the 12th a historical meeting takes place in Cuba between Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and all Rus' and Pope Francis. To clear up the position of Russian Orthodox Church outside Russia over this meeting we asked Mitred Archpriest Mikhail Protopopov to give his opinion.
