24 April North Korean leader Kim Jung-un visited Russia for the first time where he will meet and hold negotiations with Vladimir Putin. The denuclearization issue is in the agenda which previously Donald Trump had failed to come to an agreement with the North Korean leader. We asked the expert on Korean affairs Dr. Leonid Petrov the Researcher of ANU College of Asia and the Pacific institute to tell about the significance of this meeting.
