A new report from Deloitte has found Australian women are experiencing higher workloads since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite more workplaces incorporating flexible work at home practices, 76 percent of women surveyed said their work responsibilities had actually increased with 61 percent a similar increase when managing households and families.
